Dear sir,
I have booked 3 tickets from Vijayawada to Kolkata on 20th january 2021.After 2 Months i didn’t get refund amount. I have booked tickets in Confirm Ticket App and done payment 2762 through phonepe app. Already talked to phone pe custome care executive and Confirm ticket care executive. They said problem with your bank and also spoke with sbi customer care they said problem with phone pe. I don’t know where is the problem. I want my money.
