Respected sir/madam,
I would like to inform you that i have purchased biscuit pkd brand named Britannia nutri choice from the grocery store near my residence, as we purchase nutri choice biscuit daily for evening snack, same today 11/04/2021 purchased nutri choice biscuit . In that we noticed the quantity was less by 06 biscuits only, usually in that packet the quantity is 07 biscuits. We got a doubt of the pack by quantity so we opened the pack in front of the shopkeeper so he is eye witness.
Please take action regarding the quantity issue, as we trusted on brand Britannia so we dint got a Fulfillment according to brand.

Which is cancelled by you on dated 15 apr 01:43 hrs ,even without informing me order was cancelled from your side on Chandigarh -sector 31 ,not any refund granted me.
