I have ordered 2 products from swiggy with the order no – 149080711048, and got the delivery late by nearly 30 min it used to come in 1 hour but came 30 minutes late, products I got was cold one product is able to eat but the other product is not at all good in terms of taste and quality so I kept complain to swiggy for help after they wasting the time of nearly 2 hours they gave me a email id for the resolution which is not even valid I taught they gave it by mistake so again I said to them this is fake, again they gave me the same fake email id and asking me to write the email for resolution which is not even valid, I am a pro customer to the company and they are charging nearly 30-40% higher than the MRP which the restaurant provides, even we ordered at such high rates by paying the Convienence fee, delivery fee, taxes etc, they are delivering the order late with the worst quality and not even resolving the issue, so i request you to resolve
