Text of Complaint by Royden Savio Pereira:

Ordered for half kg Mutton Biryani and got more bones than flesh, so in other words, I paid INR-645 for Bones and rice that Biryani by Kilo calls Mutton Biryani… I suggest people avoid getting cheated from such outlets, I placed my order through Zomato on the 24th. July (Order # 1641709931), when I spoke to the Customer support from Biryani by Kilo, he did not help me and said that since I consumed half of the dish, it could not be replaced, when he asked me for snaps, I sent it to him but he still did not help me… so please avoid getting cheated.
