To whom it may concern, 

PVR cinemas have one of the worst and poor customer service that people can receive. 
1st phone person: Ramya
2nd Phone person: Mrinal. 
3rd Phone person: Kamal(who claims himself as manager).
4th INOX: LUXE Phoenix Market City duty manager Vedha.

Already scamming in the ticket counter in name of food now started online and on the phone as well. Great job.

Movie: DEMON SLAYER: KIMETSU NO YAIBA – TO THE HASHIRA TRAINING (JAPANESE WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLE)
Date: 23rd February 2024 06:45 PM. Time of booking confirmation: 05:46PM.
Time of first transaction debit: 14:43PM.Time of second transaction debit: 16:57PM.Time of third transaction debit: 17:02PM. Amount debited 422.92 x 3. 
Location: Chennai, India.Timezone: GMT+5:30.

When asked at the ticket counter, they informed me the ticket has not been booked due to some technical issues and I gave the booking ID directly to the ticket counter and booked the ticket. The person at the ticket counter said that a refund will be issued in 10 working days and I also received a text message from pvrinox. It’s been more than a month and I still have not received a refund. 

He also stated to send the email with the transaction details if refund was not sent. I sent one email on 12th March but i haven’t got any acknowledgement to that email.
So I went directly to the cinema and the duty manager in inox phoenix velachery whose name is Vedha gave his number to share the screenshots. I shared that as well. Now they are asking to wait another 10 days and send the email again with screenshots.
INOX: LUXE Phoenix Market City duty manager Vedha. Who is utterly useless. 

Contacted the customer support phone who transferred the call to the manager(Kamal) who didn’t have any basic english knowledge and was struggling to speak. I wonder how those people are in higher positions. They also said that they cannot provide any resolution timeframe. I mean how rude that statement was when the customer support person can’t even provide ETR. Is that even customer support? High time people are going to boycott your cinemas.
