Few days back smytten had shown a promotional ad in their website stating that upon purchase of 1599 products a free product of the brand elitty will ne provided. Details are available in the screenshot. However, the whole product was delivered without the free product and the website showed it as Cancelled as requested. I had not made any cancellation so I contacted the customer care. who informed that they had cancelled it. I then requested for cancellation of the entire order as i had made the purchase of so many male products in view of the free gift . My previous records doesnt show purchase of any make up product. However, the company making false promises made me buy extra items in hope of a free product and then eventually did not deliver it and now wants to refund only Rs 100 instead of the free gift which was worth more than Rs 1500
