  • Dear Sir/Mam

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recently purchase from Paytm. I have recently purchased a Vivo v5 mobile phone from paytm ,my order number is :2699749732 I had received an incomplete products, In that box i received a charging cable ,headphone ,adapter & user manual, Mobile was missing . I had requested a replacement product containing order number is: 2720716391 which is still showing under processing.

    After so many efforts made & details sent to your customer care department refer ticket complaint no :21725020 & 21870501,they assured me that my product will be dispatched  by your concern shipping & logistic department by 18th of February or before,but as of now there is no updates from  your side.

    I had to gift to that product to my one of my family member birthday on 13th of February ,but unfortunately i still didn’t received a replacement product. Trust me ,this is frustrating .Purchasing from one of putative website across India & facing such issues is quite exasperating   .

    I think this matter deserve your urgent attention. I would like you to respond quickly by dispatching my replacement at earliest.
