Text of Complaint by Satyendra KUMAR Sinha:

I purchased Paytm FASTAG vide PayTM Mall order no 9958726549. Even after 10 days of receiving the productm, it has not been activated. Called PayTm Fastag 24*7 care no at least 10 times and could talk to a human only once in 10 days. Submitted documents (RC copy, Fastag barcode, and vehicle registration number) at least 5 times. No action.

Called PayTm mall customer care. The agent says she can’t help me in anyway. it is not her problem with PayTm Fastag helpline is useless. She can’t resolve and can’t escalate. She also can’t cancel and refund and she can’t share any means of escalating.
