I have tried contacting you on all mediums but i am unable to connect,
My wife has purchased a voucher worth INR 3000 for Enrich salon whcih at the time of redeeming was shown as invalid , Since then i am trying to call your customer care, Reach you on FB, TWITTER, But no one has still reverted me back, I want my money back as this coupon was of no use to me and i have to pay the full amount and come back .
I have attached the Voucher code and the merchant system’s snapshot where it is clearly visible that the coupon is invalid, The Enrich salon was absolutely pathetic and ruthlessly denied accepting this as it is a deal between the customer and Paytm,
