Dear Sir,
Please note that on 20th Jun I did placed order on M/s Tuckme via Facebook Order No TUK1850,subsequently I did received order confirmation only and no product had been delivered to me so far.Several reminder for order update had been sent to Email provided in the advertisement on Facebook but no response has been received so far fro either advertiser/Face book I would also like to highlight that No contact details including supplier’s contact number & GST No etc has been provided or verified by M/s Facebook.
Similarly another purchase was made on 23rd July via M/s Facebook recommended site Dealzpick Order No SAP5515820 neither product has been delivered to me nor any update has been received.
Order confirmation received is attached herewith for your kind perusal.It has been observed that M/s Facebook promotes unfair trade practice and without Proper verification of the advertisers M/s Facebook are promoting such suppliers.
In the view of above request you to do the needful.I understand M/s Facebook is liable for misleading consumers by advertising products at lucrative price from unverified sellers on their portal.I could not find any advisory regarding sellers or liabilities on Face book and I strongly feel that I must be refunded for full amount with the help of M/s Facebook and also compensated for the mantle harassment s.
