On 7th Sep’21,I had ordered a pizza which was delivered with all the toppings pushed at one end and distorted shape as it was placed vertically in the bag while delivery. I had raised the concern with Zomato support and they provided a promocode coupon as an apology. Today, I wanted to use the coupon to order food and while doing so the payment failed due to bank server issues, and due to which the promocode is showing as used. Where as in reality neither did the order went through nor the promocode.
When connected to support team, didn’t received good response and assistance. The chat was closed without any resolution.
