I had enquired about a JioFiber connection one week ago. The salesperson contacted me and assured that the installation would be completed within a day. However, even after a week, the installation has not been done, despite the payment being completed.
The salesperson who handled this connection has stopped responding and has blocked my number. His phone number is 8879273033.

Additionally, the installation manager Prakash, based at the Hinjewadi office, has been completely unresponsive. His phone number is 7666301263.
Due to the lack of communication and failure to complete the installation after taking payment, this has caused significant inconvenience.
