I got an order for total 10 boxes with the above order ids with a total value of 40000/- INR. The customer declined at delivery and we’re send back. The delivery executive did not handover the products to the seller and has marked as delivered on 4th August.
After multiple calls to the executive, after 2 weeks. On 17th August 2 out of 10 boxes were delivered saying they found them at the warehouse.
Amazon is not taking any action and not helping the customer with either refund or the boxes.
+919398331121 – Ganesh is responsible for delivery of the boxes and is not taking any action to find more boxes as well.
