The product was delivered to me on 24th, and I places the return request on the same day. The delivery executive picked up the order on 25th july, however, the app showed out for pickup till 28th july. After raising a complaint, the delivery executive returned the product back to me and then again a return request was automatically placed on the app on 29th july, which showed that the product will be picked up on 6th of January, i.e after 6 months. On raising the issue again, the pick up date was modified. There is a sheer deficiency in service. I have prepaid for the order and now I am not getting refund since Myntra executives do not check the MRP tags while delivering the product but the tag has to be there during pick up
