My order ID: 5243246483, Payment using: Paytm UPI, Date of order: October 09,2023 at 07:02PM. I ordered Pizza from Pizza hut, a San Francisco Style Hut Treat Meal for 4 Non Veg of INR 959/- along with 2 Tear & Share Veg of INR 378/- and 2 Tear & Share Non-Veg of INR398/-. So here is the problem that the product I received was cold and very hard like a stone. The tear and share was even eatable but the Non-Veg meal was absolute garbage. I asked for refund giving the proof of pizza photo but they only initiated INR247.09/- for a almost 1000INR pizza and at what bases I don’t know. I have their gold membership which assure quality food and all even though this is what they provide. When asked by customer care they said they can’t refund fully since payment is held by pizza hut and asked me to call pizza hut. Then I called pizza hut telling them about my problem with their product and Pizza hut of Sector 14 gurgaon from where I ordered it said that “they do not hold the amount and zomato is responsible for the refund”. And they are keeping me looping like this and now neither zomato nor that pizza hut outlet is picking up my calls. What is this if not fraud. I spend more than 1500INR on this order and only asked for the meal for 4 refund not the whole and they are doing this to me knowing that I have proof and all.
