I have bought the Orthopedic Medical Mattress from Flipkart within in 10days there is big dip in the middle of the mattress, I have sent multiple emails to Flipkart to get me the warranty of this product but nobody is responding neither on emails nor on calls.
Approx I have sent 10-12 emails including there escalation email IDs ( cs@ncp.flipkart.com, grievance.officer@flipkart.com, perfecthomes@flipkart.com) but nobody is responding at all.
Kindly help me to get the warranty of my product.
