On March 6th we ordered a wash basin from Flipkart first time. Then we waited for the delivery. It never came but they marked it as delivered on March 12. We have been following with them since then. They would not refund the money. They have delivered it but they have no proof, no otp, no delivered picture, no tracking number. Nothing. They just say seller says its delivered and so it is delivered. If I chat more, they escape and play games saying “I certainly understand your situation but, Please be informed escalated team is already working on this Kindly wait for 24 to 48 hours” every day since 30 days. I am so tired of their games with innocent customers. God should punish them all severely for stealing money like this.
