i ordered 2book from meesho app on 21jan 2024 this order was delivered by the valmo courier on 25 jan. but this day, i was not received any messages related to otp. and valmo show the delivered product next day i put the request of exchange in the think of that same courier service return the product .but this service is given to express bees courier so i cancelled the request and next day i called the customer service. she gave asurance that they returned my money. after two called and today’s call i raise the complaints against them. i hope either my money or books return to me. its not about the 165 rups its about the service and relation between service.
