On 24 dec 2021 i ordered a heel which i received after a few days due to it cheap quality i raised a return request and was picked up on 2 Jan of 2022. The product was returned successfully but they declared it non ajio product and reshipped to me. When i asked the customer care they said that due to some reason quality check was failed and the product is reshipped to me after you receive the product you can return it again. But still i haven’t receive my product and whenever i call them to ask regarding the product they ask me to raise a complain so that they can fix it. Months and year has passed but they are not giving me any resolution regarding the product. And in one mail they asked me to check with the courier company regarding my product. Seriously why should I contact courier company it’s there responsibility to deliver the product to the customer door. This totally a harassment and refusing to give the refund amount.
