I have placed order #437790362419, which was delivered on 2nd Feb. I raised a return request on 4th Feb, which was canceled on 8th Feb without the product being picked up. I re-raised the return request on 8th Feb and also logged a complaint. I have been calling meesho help center number daily explaining that my product is not being picked up and each time spending half hour explaining the issue to different customer care executives. There was no action taken for my complaint raised on 8th Feb, so I called help center , spoke to customer care executive Govinda and raised one more complaint #676094220671. There has been no follow-up on this and today (13th Feb) the second return request also has been canceled.
Kindly arrange for the pick up of the product and an immediate refund of the amount.
