Text of Complaint by Shobit Tyagi:

I had ordered a ac of worth Rs 34450 on 2nd may 2022. It was supposed to be delivered on 7th may but date got changed to 11 may .On 11/05/2022 i got a message that your order has been cancelled from seller end because it was out of stock and your refund will be initiated within 3-4 working days.
But even after a week there was no message regarding my refund.I had called customer care telephonically and via mail too but every time they told me that there team is working and they will update me regarding that within 48hours.
It’s being 1 month but till now they are working on my concern.
I had escalated my issue to all the departments but everyone give me the same reply .
This this happened approx 20-25 times in a month.
I have been mentally harassed by Flipkart.
I have to leave my all work behind to get my
hard earned money back. I want the
compensation of 50k for the Mental
Harassment done by Flipkart & compensation
for my ac also .Kindly help me ASAP.
