Text of Complaint by Sunny:

On 11 september i recived my product from amazon courrier office
By paying cash and at at night when i see proct was expierd i was returning the product .but the status was not updated in amazon app and by fault it got cancelled. And on next day of this courrier company shows package lost And then i called amazon and they told me we have intiated a refund on 11 sep and i got a confirmation mail alson 11 sep regarding refund intiated.but its 7 working days now not got my refund .and now they are saying sir wait for 5 more days .and my refund of4749 rs is not given to me yet. and i am not getting any proper responce also regarding it
