I have ordered a product from Amazon India that was 3 scratches on the Product. I was requested to return and replacement but no Luck on 24th Sept. 2023. The delivery person mentioned an update as customer not responded. Why blaming the customer without any update where delivery person not came to deliver the product.
I have contacted four five time to return the product and initiate the refund but yet issue no resolved. I have purchased the product from Amazon pay later that is gone to over due. So Kindly take action where stuck amazon to resolve the issue and what about refund.
