Product purchased with online transaction not delivered due to my phone was not reachable.(Slot time was 14:00 to 16:00) but my shipping address was correct , it is nearby main road. Delivery agent refund the product to retail shop before 16:00 . Incident happened on 31 Dec as well as 1st Jan 23. Two time I reordered.
