Text of Complaint by Gaurav Sarkar:

I have ordered OnePlus Bullet Wireless Z2 on 10th of July 2023, I returned it on 14th July 2023, after that they haven’t provided me any refund instead they send me an email saying that I have send them a wrong product and they will not provide me any kind of return or replacement. When I asked them to show me some proof they ignored me and kept repeating that they will not give me any refund or replacement.
