I have ordered a suit from Libas and due to size issue I raised exchange. Later ai got different product in exchange so I returned it. It’s been almost more the 50 days but I haven’t received my refund yet. I sent them multiple emails provided bank statements and all details but sometimes they reply refund already done and later they reply we sent tiur complaint to refund department and also received that refund will be processed as it was failed earlier but haven’t received it yet. I’m exhausted now. Please help me out if this. Order id is 323692.
