I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had placed an order with this online platform Hulkut for Rotating shelf with 4 wheels on 7th August 2023 & my Order no-#1421. Further full payment had to be done as platform specifies no COD. (Screenshot of order details attached).
Its been more than 3 weeks and despite putting reminders over email; haven’t received any update. Further the contact number as provided over website is inactive.
Requesting for an immediate investigation as it seems there could be many others who might have placed an order but may be facing similar issues.
