Order Id: OD225284527705777000 – Home centre Madrid Fabric Recliner
I orderd product on 23rd June and status shows 1Jul its been shipped.
I have ordered the product throught EMI – SBI and EMI started deducting, while the product is NOT delivered yet neither flipkart sharing the status of the product where its is in the transit and by when it will be delievered.
I have made 24+ follow-up calls till date and everytime i am told wait for “24hours to 48 hours ” we will provide resoloution.
It been more than a month the product is shipped and no actual statis and ETA provided. It is a non-compliance on flipkart behalf along with mental stress to consumer. i have requested flipkart to deliver the product this week or pay a compensation to buy a new product from their website of same or similar recliner without any additional cost.
I would request the courst to provide justice at the earliest and help me to close this stress and non-compliance towards Flipkart where customer is paying interest to te bank without product is delivered.
