I ordered a product from Amazon i.e. nivea men facewash i used prepaid method to buy this product, this product is shown as delivered but i didn’t received this product i contacted to the customer support they raised a complain , escalated my issue to their concern team and told me team will investigate on this concern and we will update you by 24th August. I got a call from Amazon customer support and Amazon executive told me that team,s investigation is done and they had coordinated with logistic team and found this product has been delivered to you so we can’t help you in this concern , but i didn’t received this product this product i asked her do you guys have any proof about this product has been delivered to me then she didn’t replied
Please help me in this concern it’s not about only amount they told me you are lying this product has been delivered to you.
