Text of Complaint by Mahalakshmi:

My self Mahalakshmi,

I have order Pigeon airfryer 2000w from flipkart for 2999/-

They delivered the product on 13th Nov 2023 late night after 9pm.

I opened the box early morning and switched on the device and observed the product is defective.

I am getting an error “E 1” and the product not working.

I tried to return and they didn’t accept the return and conveyed to reach product team.

I tried to reach product team, for replacement or job sheet as the Flipkart team is requesting.

Product service team denied to do replacement or to provide the job sheet and said to reach the vendor.

When this happened thrice to and fro.. I lost my patience and had put both Flipkart customer care and product service team in concall.

The finally Flipkart customer care team listen about the rejection of replacement or giving job sheets from product team.

Flipkart customer care person escalated this to some higher level and gave the ticket number :IN23111412545693538739

Now again some one from back end team of flip kart called me and torched me telling I should reach out to product team only.

And forcing me to do the repair of the product not the replacement .

I really got torcher from flipkart on this.
I would request the consumer court to do needful.

Take action against to flipkart to do the replacement or return of my product and also a penalty for torchering me and forcing me to repair the product at store.
