Text of Complaint by Vishal Goyal:

I ordered on bean bag on 30th September. It showed delivery on 9th oct, than they said it will be delivered on 16th, then on 23rd and than on 30th October, I have called several times on their customer care, they will say they will arrange a callback from a senior person, but call never come, pfa: delhivery screenshot says its not picked up yet. I want Flipkart to pay for all the time and effort I spent on querying about this product. Really fed up and disappointed.
