I have ordered a medlife thermometer from paytm on 29.04.20 at 12.53 pm. I received regular messages from them that there will be a delay in delivery due to corona outbreak. I received this message till 15.05.20 but suddenly on 14.05.20 that is one day earlier they say that it has been delivered. When I sent a mail to them they sent me a pdf file of delivery which is created by them to prove the delivery. The product has still not been delivered to me and they have closed the case.
