It’s a very bad experience with Meesho’s Delivery Service. Their Delivery Executive whose contact number is 9540037527, 8920296198. He is a fraud man. He marked the order delivered without OTP and this is his second twice.

The First Time he said shared OTP to cancel my order I was not aware that he would mark it as delivered. And this second time, this man took my order and marked it delivered. Even though I haven’t shared OTP with anyone nor has anyone taken an order on my behalf.

This is the second time I’ve faced this same issue. Since it is a prepaid order that’s why this courier boy did this. If it is a COD order then is it possible for Courier boy do this? He took my product and marked it delivered without OTP. Then what is the purpose of this OTP, if the Delivery boy marked the order delivered on their own?

This incident happened on 17th Dec 2023 and on the same day I informed Meesho Customer Care but they kept saying only one thing Delivery was marked only after submission of OTP. They don’t want to understand Customer issues.

Most importantly the Courier Boy clearly said to me that he would not come and mark my order as delivered. He was so sure because he had done this before too… In taking action against this Courier Boy and trying to find out the truth. But Meesho suffering customers only. Disappointed with this type of behavior and service of Meesho Delivery Partner.
