Text of Complaint by Saswati Chatterjee:

. On 7.08.2023 I got the percel but product was missing some cutting clothes and some plastic were in there. When I returned it On 9.8.2023 courier boy came for received that time he saw the percel and opened and took some pictures and said he was unable to received. On next day again I send return process and wanted money back. On 10. 8.2023 courier came and collect the percel. That night again courier boy called to me and said he was unable to received and wanted to return me. But I had said that I was unable to receive. Because I want money back.

I already complaint to customer care service they said they are helpless. No garbage will be return and money refund is not possible.
My question is if your company not send good quality and exact prod or missing prod who are suffering for this. Custom or your company. I have sent you some pictures which I was received when percel opened. And some conversations with mesho ‘customer care service
