I ordered an item from Amazon for which I filed a return during the return window. The return pickup didn’t happen and was automatically cancelled. Since then I have contacted the customer care 4 times – they have been extremely unhelpful – all they have done is schedule another return pickup of the product – which was inevitably cancelled automatically- and then the cycle repeated. It’s an issue with their logistics team for which they’re making the customer pay – instead of owning up to their mistake and issuing a refund for the product – they have kept my money and harassing me repeatedly by not picking up the product and making me call them again and again
