I ordered the T shirt and want to return it, I generated the return request within the policy period but it got return status got cancelled again and again,
Many times I talked to the customer executive that they are working on my problem, and they again generated the return request but it got cancelled again and again, I did talk to the customer executive for more than 8 times, telling the same thing again and again. But now they are telling me the policy period is over and the seller cannot help me.
And the customer support are just manipulating me over my issues and forcing me to keep the product.
It’s so wrong, this is against the customer’s right, I just want to file a complaint so that it cannot be happened to anyone.
