Dear Team, a return was created for this product because of ‘Size/Fit issues’. Today on the 15th of August 2023 it’s been 8 days and no one until now tried to contact me from Ecom Express or visited my home to pick up this product. However, every day I get a text message on my phone from Ecom Express, stating ‘Your product will be picked up today by the Ecom Express agent’. Unfortunately, that has not happened even after waiting for 8 days.
Today my return was cancelled automatically because the Ecom Express agent didn’t pick up this order and the agent cancelled the return simply because he is too lazy to visit my home and pick it up. The Ecom Express agent is not doing his job and is also not giving any priority to fulfilling the responsibilities towards the customers.
