Respected consumer forum team,
I namely Bharath Kumar Reddy N, had ordered a product of Kadhi essential pure and safe Hand Sanitizer with Amazon order # 408-3605979-2797952 on date 17-07-2020 with estimated delivery date of 27-07-2020 to 28-07-2020.
1. While ordering (17-07-2020) the delivery estimated shown is 27 to 28-07-2020.
2. But without any updated on Amazon application nor delivery partner, I didn’t get any E-Mail or even SMS update about delivery on 22-07-2020, I had got 1 call & unfortunately I missed it with my own business works, on the same day evening I got a SMS stating as “your Amazon AwB order # *** was not delivered as you were not available” none of the delivery agent reached the address nor re-attempted the call to me.
3, I had tried to contact the Amazon customer service (tried 5 times, calls dropped without connecting to any customer care executive & tried with delivery partner customer care, hardly after 40 min it got connected & computer requested to enter the odered no. & connected automatically to delivery person who is not at all concerned nor responsible for reaching the address and rudely, arrogantly shouting to me who gave his contact no. continuesly & telling I had not answered the call so that product not delivered.
Stating that the order will deliver by tomorrow (23-07-20).
4. In the mean while I had tried to raise an issue to the delivery partner. It guided me only for re-atempt the delivery only on 26-07-2020 onwards (with least choice), so I had selected for re-delivery on 26th.
* after all these happend I got 7-8 times SMS about order is out for delivery and then updated the same thing on Amazon tracking system.
5. Again I didn’t received any call or SMS on 26-07-2020, I had tried to contact delivery partner customer care which is call dropping automatically.
After trying 45 min of time hardly connected to Amazon customer care chat service, again after 80 min in chat they are stating that they can only initiate any action after exceeding the expected deliver date only.
So waited till 29-07-2020.
6. Suddenly on 30-07-2020 I got a SMS about initiating money refund without any 2nd attempt by call or no single attempt reaching the address.
And after tried to contact Amazon customer care service executive not at all thinking of customer problem & saying that there is nothing to do after initiation of money refund process started and after multiple requests connected to Floor in-charge started the same recording like matter, without having concern towards the customer so much patience and wasted so much of valuable time, not at all helping the customer rights & justice to get the product delivery.
*** and without informing or taking permission from customer for refunding the amount.
At last refunded the amount and closed the issue on Bias & unreasonable justice to cutomer.
Is these type customer service is to provided, without understanding & helping the customer to get the issue be solved.
Then what is the motive of implementing customer care service.
Hope this issue is justified to customer & will not repeat in future.
