Ordered 4 ceiling fans from flipkart.com, for which I received only 3 fans. One fan is still in shipment from 6 months. Contacted flipkart customer service 25-30 times but no resolution.
Cancellation not possible. Payment has already been done through paylater and paid the dues also to avoid credit score lapse. Sent a legal notice to flipkart head office with the help of advocate but no response from flipkart. Where is justice for me. Such a big company is doing fraud or whatever mistake is there and they are unable to resolve. Lower middle class like me, lost 1632 which I paid and didn’t receive the product till date, and another 1800 for the legal advocate to send legal notice, but no response from flipkart.
