HI

I have bought few products during Flipkart offer periode and product was supposed to delivered on 14th Oct 2021.
But that product is cancel by Flipkart, and while aked for reason of cancellation, they said it is canceled by Customer.
Even i have follow up with Filpkart customer service regarding my product delivery status, and they said my product will deliver on time.
After multiple followup my product was not deliver, and my product was cancelled, then i called to customer service for my choosen products, they said your order is canceled and you have to make a new order, and product current price is high compare to offer periode.
I have discussed with Escalation desk, but did not get any resolution. they also saying same statement that i have to make a new order.
This not for only 1 product, they are canceling all orders which was ordered during the Offer period.
Flipkart collecting millions of money against the offer, and after holding that 7-8 days, and make a profit on that amount, they cancel the order and start refunding customer amount.
Flipkart keeps customer money 7-8 days and making millions of interest on that.
Please look into this on high Priority.
