I had ordered Laptop Table from amazon on 03/10/2022 which was due to receive on 11/03/2022. On Amazon, the order show’s that it has been delivered but we didn’t receive anything. After contacting customer care & conducting an investigation. I got a call from the delivery boy and he said that he kept the parcel with the security guard & we should check the CCTV footage. But even after viewing the CCTV footage, The package was not found. I tried contacting both amazon & the delivery but both are refusing refunds & help.
