I ordered a product on 09th June 2022, and in the order details it shows as product delivered with OTP verification on 16th June 2022. I didn’t received any call from the delivery agent asking for the OTP or for delivery update. I tried contacting the same person on 16th June after seeing the delivery update using the contact code provided. but he/she didn’t answered my call. I haven’t delivered my product till this moment. I contacted flipkart for resolving my issue and till this moment I haven’t got a genuine response.
