Hello,
My order id is- 9397129252 which contains some orders, i have been lodged a complaint against non-deliver product which is BAJAJ GX 8 750 W MIXER GRINDER.
I have been called from delivery agent on 19/10/19 but he told me that i have to pick my order from delhivery office which is 25km fars from me, and he refused to deliver to me which already voice call recorded on my phone. after lodging the complaints on 20/10/19 i am waiting for resolution but neither i got my product or neither i got my refund. also there is no signature which provided by paytm care as attachment.
