Text of Complaint by Niffy Abraham:

I placed an order with 2 dresses on 27 Sep 2023, after so many follow ups, messages and arguments, one of them was delivered in December 2022. But still there is no update on the other product. They are cheating customers. They don’t respond to our communications. Order id#1631
