Hi,
I have ordered Haier 256 L 3 Star Inverter Frost-Free Double Door Refrigerator (HRB-2764CIS-E) on 10th of oct (Order no:#404-7465540-0670700) and parcel was arrived on 14th oct to nearest hometown but delivery agent called us and said we will not deliver to doorstep if required come and collect from hub,then immediately i called customer care they said it will be delivered to doorstep by end of the day, meanwhile the delivery agent cancelled my order ,so again i spoke to customer care they appolize for the incident and asked me to book again and they will take special note and deliver the product ASAP.
So again i ordered same product against order no
404-1842166-9005921 same was arrived to nearest hub ,again same thing repeated even customer care supervisor disconnected my call purposefully just saying your refund will initiate refund ,i clearly said I want product not money. But no use they least bothered.
So please do needful
