I ordered a medlife thermometer from paytm on 29.04.20 at 12.53 pm. The product has still not been delivered to me and they are giving a false delivery letter to me. Now on that basis they are neither returning me my money nor giving the product. I wrote many mails to them but everytime they make a new excuse of corona or courier company not available etc. Pls help.
