i understand due to covid products are not being delivered on time. But my order is not yet dispatched since 12 april2021. i have been continuously cancelling from my side and asking the amazon customer care to cancel but they are not cancelling and responding of technical issue. I have bought the product through credit card. And I am worried if they dont process my cancellation , I ll have to pay the emi along with interest and my money is stuck with them.
kindly do the needful against AMAZON
