Text of Complaint by Akhil Aravind K:

I am Akhil Aravind K, Purchased a firebolt collide in their launching offer for Rs. 2849.05 through their website on 6th April. I have attached the confirmation mail and Whatsapp message screenshot for more clarification. After the purchase confirmation mail and message, the Fireboltt company doesn’t give me a further update regarding my purchase. At the same time, the same product sales are on at Amazon for Rs. 3999. So, I have tried the Fireboltt customer service number for further updates. First I tried on the 16th of April, doesn’t connect. Then 20th tried 4 times, doesn’t work. today again I tried and my luck, the line connected on the second attempt. After a discussion with the service executive and with the senior executive, I got an answer that, my order is canceled due to some warehouse mistake and they will issue a refund for the same. look at the double standard of Firebolt 🥴. After waiting for my product for the last 19 days and I am calling their customer service team, they simply say that the order is canceled. I will be agreed to their statements if they send me a notification regarding this within these 19 days as a mail or message. But, I heard this silly excuse only after I contacted their customer service team. If you go through the complaints against the Fireboltt company, You can spot that, they treated so many customers in the same way as they do to me. Only a few complained yet. Please take remedial actions against this or else they will repeat the same in future also.
