I am from Bihar but went to Kanpur for personal reason. Upon reaching their i saw a phone available on Flipkart at good discount rate. Delivery at Kanpur was of 2 days later. I thought i would get my phone before leaving for Bihar. Thinking this, i ordered my phone and made full payment of 68K.
On the delivery day, first the delivery guy refused to exchange phone (It was exchange deal) and started asking for full amount. I told him about the exchange deal to which he said , not possible and reason given was “his flipkart app is not working”. The reason was given without looking into his app.
Since that day, i have been calling Flipkart and telling them that “i will leave Kanpur on Saturday evening and i want the product delivered before that” and from Wednesday to Saturday, they have been promising me, product will be delivered, we have escalated, you will get the product.
I called them 4 times and all the time i would ask the agent what was my previous issue and they say “I asked for delivery date and time and we gave you that” and nothing else is mentioned.
WHAT KIND OF JOKE IS THIS ??? IS FLIPKART EVEN SERIOUS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ?
