Text of Complaint by Diya Maria Abraham:

I have placed order for two tops along with duppatta and pants from a boutique called Zuhriya through instagram On 23rd June 2022 and have made the payment of Rs.5980 on the same day as directed by them including the shipping charges.The expected date of delivery was between 65-70 days. But till now [02-01-2023] i havent received any product/ my money back. I tried contacting them multiple times via texting through Instagram,calling,sending SMS, and mailing. In november they said it will be delivered in by december ,then extended to 15 th dec and not replying after those due dates. And no update after that though i told them to inform in case of any delays further due to any reasons. They have disabled the comment option in instagram so that no one will not be able to talk about this. It seems many have been cheated by them in the same way. I request for refunding the money pa8d by me immediately and please make sure to take any action against them so that many more will not get cheated by them.
